The Sisterhood (Inactive)

After the EDI, Chicago lay in a state of disrepair.  The city did not receive nearly as much damage that Detroit had after the Styf had dropped a meteorite on it, but a combination of physical and psychological damage left the citizens of the Windy City in doubt for the future.  That was when seven women appeared and struck the now-emboldened criminal element a massive blow.

These seven women called themselves The Sisterhood and proved they had the powers, skills and teamwork to make them a very effective force.  Within thirty days of their debut they were awarded an official charter and they were able to secure enough financial support from local leaders to set the groundwork for a new base.

It was later discovered that The Sisterhood was in reality a group of super villains who employed their various powers for financial and political power.  They were taken down by both The Vindicators and members of the FPBI's paranormal agents, with only Red Rocker now at large.
 

Electric Blue: The team's leader, EB has the ability to manipulate large amounts of electric energy.  She has been able to employ it in both subtle and powerful ways, from launching bolts of electrical force to disorienting an opponent by disrupting the electrical impulses in their brain.  Electric Blue needs a large external source of electrical power for her more overt stunts, but she can use her own body's electric current to generate a stunning shock if someone touches her.

Electric Blue's costume consists of a bright blue body suit, dark blue boots and belt and a dark blue electrical lightning bolt pattern down her thighs.

Tangerine Dream: 'Dream is a mentalist who specialises in illusions. She can create mass illusions to affect a large group of people or she can create an illusion that affects a single individual.  The illusions have been both outrageous and clever; she has been known to throw a single person's aim off by making everything seem to be a couple feet away from where it was, or by transposing an opponent with a team mate.  TD is also able to manipulate minds, altering memories and psychically dominating others.

Tangerine Dream's costume is a light orange sleeveless one-piece with black gloves and boots.  She often wears her hair in a high pony tail.

Orange Crush: The 'Crush is  the team's muscle.  She is strong, tough, and fights dirty.  Her actual strength has yet to be recorded but it is believed she is on par with members of Precious Metals.  Orange Crush also seems to have some law enforcement experience and has an easy rapport with police officers and detectives.  Whenever the team needs the help of the Chicago PD Orange Crush acts as their liason.

OC's costume is a dark orange pair of shorts, black boots and an orange tank top with black piping.  Her costumes are among the most durable among the team.

Red Rocker: Contrary to initial reports, RR, is not a 'super martial artist'.  She does have some martial art background but her true power is the ability to absorb and discharge massive amounts of kinetic energy.  This makes her punches and kicks awesome.  Before any fight she usually has Orange Crush punch her a few times, building of a kinetic charge within her.

Rocker has yet to be able to use her powers to generate super strength nor can she fire bolts of kinetic energy like Motor City's Optimum Impact.  But she is still learning how to use her powers and is confident she will learn new tricks.

RR has two costumes, both are made almost entirely of shiny leather.  The first is a tight fitting red body suit with a long black leather coat, the other is a black body suit with a short 'bolero' jacket.

Red Rocker is currently at large.
Sea Green: A former member of the Soviet Union's Project: Perun, Sea Green can telekinetically control water and to some extent other liquids.  She can cause a target to become nauseus by disrupting blood flow and stomach acids or create a powerful high pressure water jet.  She can also create large 'water monsters' to attack opponents.  It is unknown at this time exactly how many gallons she can manipulate at once, but it is easily hundreds.

SG's costume is a light green swim suit type outfit with long white gloves and thigh-high boots.

Sea Green is currently incarcerated in The Hole.
Black Light: BL is mistress of light and can use it to create visual illusions and laser beams.  She is also able to use her powers to look both in the infra-red and ultra-violet portions of the spectrum to give her the ability to see in near-total darkness.

It was discovered that Black Light was both the villainous Spectra as well as a robot, the latter was destroyed by the Vindicator Smith.
White Noise: WN has complete mastery of sound.  She has formed numeorus stunts, from controlling the volume of ambient sound to a whisper (very effective in sneaking up on people) to sonic blasts.  WN's hearing is very acute and she has perfect pitch.

WN's costume consists of a white unitard.  She used to wear a hood and a mask but has foregone both since her arrest.

White Noise is currently incarcerated in The Hole.
